Refunds Policy at FIT DOJO:
At FIT DOJO, we are committed to providing a positive and rewarding experience for all our members. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership with us. We have formulated a refunds policy to address cancellation requests while ensuring a fair and transparent process. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Cancellation Notice Period: In the event that you wish to cancel your membership with FIT DOJO, we kindly request that you provide us with at least two weeks’ notice in advance. This advance notice allows us to manage our classes and resources effectively.
2. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for membership cancellations are subject to compliance with the two weeks’ notice period. If you provide us with the required notice, you may be eligible for a refund for the remaining period of your membership.
3. Non-Refundable Period: Membership fees paid for the two weeks following the date of your cancellation notice are non-refundable. This is to cover any classes or services you may have already attended or utilized during this period.
4. Cancellation Process: To initiate the cancellation process and request a refund, please inform us in writing via email or submit a written notice at our dojo’s front desk. Please include your full name, membership details, and the effective date of cancellation in your request.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review it and process any eligible refunds within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the membership purchase.
6. Pro-Rata Refunds: The amount of refund you are eligible for will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the remaining days of your membership after the two weeks’ notice period.
7. No Cooling-Off Period: Please note that FIT DOJO does not offer a cooling-off period for membership cancellations. The two weeks’ notice period is a requirement for all cancellations.
8. Non-Transferable Refunds: Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original member who initiated the cancellation.
9. Exceptional Circumstances: In some exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions or relocation, we may consider adjusting the refund policy. Please contact our customer support team to discuss such cases on an individual basis.

Members’ Attendance and Non-Attended Classes:
At FIT DOJO, we understand the importance of consistent attendance to make the most of your martial arts journey. Our classes are carefully designed to provide progressive learning and growth. We encourage all members to attend classes regularly and actively participate in their training.
1. Non-Refundable Non-Attended Classes: Please note that classes that are not attended by members are non-refundable. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of our class scheduling.
2. Make-Up Classes for Special Cases: We value our members’ commitment to their training, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In special cases, such as illness, injury, or other genuine reasons, we offer the opportunity for make-up classes.
3. Reallocation of Classes: If you are unable to attend a class due to a valid reason, please inform our dojo staff as soon as possible. Depending on the availability of space in other suitable classes, we will do our best to reallocate your missed class to an alternative time.
4. Make-Up Class Procedure: To request a make-up class, please contact our customer support team or speak to our instructors at the dojo. We will work with you to find a suitable class and ensure you have the chance to make up for the missed session.
5. Availability of Make-Up Classes: Make-up classes are subject to availability and may not always be possible in certain cases. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please understand that it depends on class capacity and schedule.
6. Expiration of Make-Up Class Opportunity: Please note that the opportunity for make-up classes will have a specific expiration period. It is essential to use this option within the designated timeframe to ensure fairness for all members.
7. Regular Attendance Benefits: Regular attendance not only maximizes the benefits of martial arts training but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and discipline among our members.
8. Class Booking and Cancellation: To assist us in managing class allocations and make-up options efficiently, we request that you inform us of any changes to your attendance plans as early as possible.
